Our client is seeking a Sr. Account Executive or "Market principal" to drive new business development and sales. We are looking for candidates with a proven track-record driving business development in the PEO space, selling HR, benefits and payroll solutions.


Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior AE or "market principal" to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving business development efforts. The ideal candidate will excel in cold calling and outside sales approaches to identify and qualify potential clients. This position does not involve closing deals but focuses on building a robust pipeline of prospective clients for our sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and research potential clients in need of PEO services.
  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and qualify leads.
  • Develop and execute effective outside sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement lead generation campaigns.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to identify potential clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of lead generation activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the sales and management teams on lead generation progress.
