Position Description/Requirements:

This entry level position at our office overlooking Union Square in New York City involves close interaction with finance and trading teams as well as with customers and suppliers. Candidate will be trained in product knowledge, documentation, contracts, commercial skills, analysis of price structures, control risks, etc.


Initial duties will include:

  • Invoicing customers and following up on accounts receivables
  • Communicating with domestic and overseas suppliers and customers
  • Coordinating with sales and logistics teams and tracking costing
  • Assisting traders to track trades and develop strategies
  • Preparing presentations and sales reports to management
  • Taking responsibility for import and export customs clearance


Other Position Requirements:

Education: Undergraduate degree or higher.

Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Powerpoint;

Data science & programming skills are a plus (but not required)
