THIS IS A 1-YEAR CONTRACT WITH THE POSSIBLITY OF EXTENSIONS

This is a HYBRID schedule in Atlanta, GA.

CANDIDATE MUST LIVE WITHIN METRO ATLANTA


Description:

* Pay rate is $35-$40

* Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in office)

* Must have great administrative skills and ability to create reports

* Preferred candidate has an analytical background and is a pro with Excel

* Quantitative background to track CPO data across platforms

* Ability to turn raw data sets into a data visualization

Position overview:

This position is responsible for the supporting the Retail Development Pre-Owned Business Department with the processing of products including, but not limited to, Certified Pre-Owned and Warranties. The role is tasked with the review, and continued development, of standard operating procedures regarding product offerings. This includes optimizing daily/weekly/monthly reporting, sales analysis, and dealer communication.

Roles & responsibilities

Primary responsibilities:

• Serve as the liaison between Client and Dealer Network for inquiries.

• Process Extended Warranty Coverage Letters.

• Create Approved Warranty sales analysis reports.

• Assist in the development and communication of Approved warranty products.

• Seek to further automate, processing and record keeping.

• Research, address, and respond to CPO & Approved Warranty system tickets.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics or equivalent.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis.

• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, or PowerBI.
