Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Skills-3 or more years of experience as a business analyst in an Agile software development environment, ServiceNow and Demonstratable proficiency in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Associate’s degree.
  • 3 or more years of experience as a business analyst in an Agile software development environment.
  • 1 or more years of experience supporting Client.
  • 1 or more years of experience with IT Service Management / ITIL.
  • Demonstratable proficiency in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Should have good experience on ServiceNow.
