Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new individual, corporate, and community prospects.
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with current supporters and potential donors.
  • Facilitate major gifts and lead all fundraising initiatives, including events and grant proposals.
  • Oversee all donor communications, ensuring engagement and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors to implement a structured and sustainable fundraising plan.
  • Lead fundraising events and work with committees to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Coordinate in-kind donations for dream experiences and silent auctions.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or advancement (CFRE preferred).
  • A strong relationship builder with a passion for connecting donors to impactful causes.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading successful fundraising campaigns.
  • Experience with donor CRM systems, event planning, and grant writing.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
