This role is responsible for supporting strategic execution, driving commercial performance, and upholding the Maison’s elevated standards across client experience, team leadership, and operations. In Miami, this role requires a leader deeply attuned to global UHNW clientele, cultural tastemakers, and international collectors, with the ability to navigate high-profile client relationships while maintaining discretion, sophistication, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Boutique Director to execute boutique strategy, sales objectives, and operational prioritiesUphold and deliver an exceptional, highly personalized client experience aligned with Abel Richard’s Maison standardsLead advanced client development initiatives with UHNW collectors, international clients, and key cultural figuresDrive sales performance through CRM strategy, KPI oversight, and senior-level clientelingSupport and lead private appointments, bespoke experiences, and exclusive brand activationsCoach, mentor, and elevate senior Client Advisors and leadership team membersEnsure excellence across inventory management, visual presentation, and daily boutique operationsServe as acting Boutique Director when required, maintaining leadership continuity and operational controlRequirementsMinimum 7 years of experience in high or ultra-luxury retailAt least 3 years in a senior leadership role (Assistant Director, Senior Manager, or equivalent)Proven success managing UHNW client portfolios and high-value transactionsStrong understanding of Miami’s global luxury market and client expectationsExceptional executive presence, communication skills, and professional discretionMultilingual fluency preferred (Mandarin, French, Arabic, or Spanish)Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms, leadership development, and luxury event executionWhy Join UsAt Abel Richard, leadership is defined by vision, precision, and cultural fluency.
