Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Sales / Hunter. As a Freight Sales / Hunter, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and networking to identify potential leads. Additionally, you will negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. This role is located in Duluth, GA.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in freight sales and business development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the freight brokerage industry and market trends
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a must
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field
