Daily Job Duties to Include:

  • Maintain spreadsheets to track applicants through the hiring process
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with the HR and operations teams on the status of hiring
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as resumes and SOP’s
  • Develop techniques to recruit and support retainment of individuals hired
  • Maintain job postings on multiple job boards and utilize social media to advertise hiring events
  • Effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population
  • Interview candidates for all positions within the company and match high demand skill sets to open positions
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, negotiate and present offers for employment, schedule for onboarding activities
  • Work in tandem with Sales and HR team to understand our client's hiring needs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred
  • Knowledge of traffic control, flagging, and oil & gas industry a plus
  • Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
  • Possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and the ability to be empathetic and flexible
  • Previous recruiting experience preferred
  • Computer/Social Media skills required, experience with writing and posting on multiple job boards
  • Ability to work in a fast paced culture while remaining focused
  • Ability to multi-task, plan work activities proactively, and complete daily tasks or meet deadlines under pressure
  • Must have a valid Drivers License with clean driving record (NO DUI's or excessive points).
  • All candidates must be able to pass a standard criminal background check and work verification check as well as a standard drug screen and fit for duty physical.
