  • Multi state Payroll processing experience
  • ADP
  • Excel pivot table experience

  • Global company experience
  • experience working at a company where there was merger and acquisitions


Job Description:

The team has a strong Payroll Manager. This hire will partner with the payroll manager and support in the preparation of a biweekly multi-state payroll for approximately 1,000 employees using ADP Workforce Now

  • a variety of ad hoc tasks
  • timecard approval follow ups
  • new hire maintenance
  • payroll journal entry export/upload to Netsuite


Desired Skills:

Ability to handle extremely confidential information in an expeditious and discretionary manner

Solid problem solving and project management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Extensive knowledge of payroll processes, tax compliance and HR compliance

Solid understanding of general ledger entries as they relate to payroll

Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, HRIS systems and payroll system

Strong organization; ability to prioritize tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines.

Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment

Ability to identify key contacts for follow up; excellent ability to communicate project and status updates to team and cross-functionally to ensure understanding.
