  • 5+ years of production experience
  • 2+ years of supervisor experience

Education: Minimum of high school education with appropriate work experience

Greene Resources is seeking a Production Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team


Job Description:

  • Oversee the operation of one or more production lines
  • Assign personnel to workstations during initial production start-up
  • Train new employees on safety procedures and job assignments
  • Foster good working relationships with production personnel
  • Spot check loads for accuracy and compliance
  • Perform machine adjustments and minor maintenance repairs as needed
  • Ensure housekeeping practices keep production areas clean and safe
  • Complete production, inventory, and receiving reports
  • Implement corrective actions and perform risk analysis on production processes
  • Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO-9001:2015 standards


Position Requirements:

  • Good mechanical, technical and supervisory skills developed through either hands-on experience or through suitable educational training
  • Must be able to perform supervisory tasks such as directing and training employees and overseeing work activities
