What you will do

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing automated tests, following coding standards, and collaborating with development and testing teams to deliver high-quality applications.


Responsibilities

  • Automated Testing: Develop and maintain automated tests, including unit, functional, and integration tests, to verify the functionality and performance of our software.
  • Test Design: Collaborate with development and testing teams to design effective test strategies and test cases that adhere to industry standards.
  • Mobile Testing: Write and execute tests for both iOS and Android mobile applications, ensuring compatibility and reliability across platforms.
  • Testing Frameworks: Utilize common testing frameworks and tools to streamline the test automation process.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that software releases meet quality standards by identifying and reporting defects, and verifying bug fixes.
  • Coding Standards: Adhere to strict coding standards and best practices when writing and maintaining test automation code.
  • Documentation: Document test cases, test results, and any identified issues in a clear and organized manner.
  • Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to validate software updates and changes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation enhancement within the testing process.


Requirements and technical skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer with expertise in automated testing methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of unit, functional, and integration testing.
  • Proficiency in writing automated tests for mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Familiarity with common testing frameworks and tools.
  • B2 level or higher mastery of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
