SCHEDULE FOR OUR MEMBER EXPERIENCE DIRECTOR


This full-time customer service role typically entails a 25% travel commitment, encompassing various shows, events, and occasional visits to other company locations as necessary.


DAY-TO-DAY


As a Member Experience Director, each day revolves around ensuring seamless collaboration between the member experience team and all other business units. This entails consistently delivering exceptional end-to-end customer experiences across various stages, channels, and touch points in the customer's journey. Facilitating a two-way exchange with customer-facing teams is crucial, involving the collection of feedback to derive actionable insights for enhancements. A primary focus is guiding teams to maintain a customer-centric approach, especially within marketing, branding, and sales endeavors. Additionally, understanding the association's customer service needs and requirements is paramount, necessitating the creation of mechanisms to solicit feedback and drive continual improvement efforts.


QUALIFICATIONS


• Bachelor's degree

• 5+ years of experience working in a membership organization or customer service role with high-end companies (such as: Nordstroms, Tiffanies, other "white glove" companies)

• Ability to work 5 days a week onsite in Diamond Bar, CA

• Ability to collaborate effectively with the Director of Individual Membership on all membership activations involving cross-promotion of company memberships

• Proven ability to foster "followership" among various stakeholders through effective collaboration

• Possession of a strong service mindset


The following qualifications are preferred:


• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and association management software

• Project management experience

• Knowledgeable on all benefits, programs, and services

• Ability to serve as a lead advocate for new or existing programming

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams and successfully integrating cross-functional teams
