Night Shift Production Supervisor

We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor search in the Twinsburg, OH area. The 3rd shift hours are 6:00pm to 6:00am, rotating, 2-2-3 schedule.


Responsibilities

  • Supervises and coordinates shift activities of production department(s)
  • Ensure that all employees adhere to all Safety & Quality rules of the organization.
  • Responsible for maximizing and increasing efficiencies for all production, being aware of downtime and making decisions to minimize downtime while ensuring we are producing a quality product for our customers.
  • Engage with employees training, motivating and positively enforcing Safety, cooperation, Quality Checks and increasing efficiency while decreasing scrap.


Key Requirements:

  • Experience as a Production Supervisor role in a manufacturing setting
  • Good Computer skills.
  • Team Player
