Manage the design process alongside senior team members, coordinating with internal and external consultants to achieve project goals.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead design and construction teams, including architects, general contractors, engineers, construction managers, and other consultants. Ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule, maintaining quality control and resolving any issues that arise. Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Minimum of two years of project management experience with a real estate development firm or related business. Experience with lender or investor organizations may be considered as part of your experience.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Expertise in project management tools and principles, with strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
