Pricebook Specialist

The Pricebook Specialist is responsible in handling data flow and the maintenance of all retail item, recipe, rebate, vendor, and third-party scan data information for the company’s C-Stores.

General Responsibilities:

• Works with category management team to set up and maintain retail item pricing, recipe/rebate/vendor information in the Pricebook system including the following:
• New item set-up, cost, inventory retail and promotional pricing.
• Work with food service category managers to maintain and update recipe items.
• Research work orders submitted by stores and makes item corrections, as needed.
• Works closely with Category Managers to ensure items and promotions are up to date.
• Work with cigarette/OTP vendor and CM to realign and update marketlink module’s scan data reporting on Monthly basis.
• Create Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual and Promotional Rebate accruals based on Category Management’s vendor negotiation and agreements.
• Work with vendors to confirm rebate invoice receival & track payment.
• Create and bill manual invoices for non-accrued programs or agreements.
• Track and report all pending receivables to marketing and finance teams.
• Various month-end troubleshooting to expedite close of prior month.
• Assists in the completion of diverse projects using various Pricebook applications.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

3-4 years of combined price book, store or accounting experience; must be self-motivated and work well independently; intermediate skills in MS Office; working knowledge of accounting systems.
