We are seeking a Client Services Professional to support our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be personable, professional, and comfortable with technology.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Aiding clients with paperwork, scheduling meetings, processing deposits and withdrawals, etc.
  • Facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for clients
  • Communicating trade related client requests to portfolio managers and financial planners
  • Creating reports in Tamarac and AdvisorEngine
  • Assisting in special projects relating to data entry and client outreach.


Skills and qualifications preferred include:

  • Detail oriented with great organizational, communication and administrative skills
  • Microsoft suite of applications including Word and Excel
  • Flexible to meet demands as they arise
  • Experience working with Schwab Advisor Services, AdvisorEngine, Tamarac and Constant Contact


Degree or experience in finance not required, we are happy to invest in the right candidate.


Office hours are 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Some flexibility on start time, but this is a 100% in office (on site) role. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, HSA and 401(k).
