Job Summary:

The Principal Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Reporting Analyst will analyze complex business problems related to product, member, provider, regulatory, and enterprise strategies, and develop solutions for clients. This role requires hands-on development proficiency in reporting and analytics within Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of custom reporting solutions within EPM, focusing on Narrative Reporting, PBCS (Planning), PCMS, Financial Consolidation & Close, Account Reconciliation, and Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
  • Design and develop reports using various tools such as Reports (formerly Financial Reporting), Narrative Reporting (Management + Packages), SmartView (with VB Excel), and Dashboards (Account Reconciliation & FCCS).
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on industry trends and new technologies to enhance EPM reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security, Business, and IT support, to identify and deliver self-service and custom reporting solutions.
  • Manage multiple initiatives and reports of varying priority simultaneously.
  • Design efficient and scalable reporting solutions, adhering to best practices in reporting and technology.
  • Create and maintain detailed design documents related to reporting deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain reports within Oracle EPM & ERP SaaS Cloud.
  • Promote a self-service mindset, designing standardized dynamic reports to meet evolving needs.
  • Streamline reporting delivery and usage, seeking opportunities for simplification and cost reduction.
  • Train team members on EPM reporting capabilities to ensure team resiliency.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Math, Economics, or Finance.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Oracle EPM reporting tools (Reports, Narrative, SmartView) is essential.
  • Experience with Fusion ERP analytics (FAW), FRS (ERP), and BI Publisher (ERP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI is advantageous.
  • Experience with Free Form/Groovy scripting is a plus.
  • Background in finance and the healthcare industry is preferred.
