  • For-Benefit-Of (FBO) Scope of Engagement: Program Manager
  • Organize weekly program-level team leader status update: Generate and present status deck.
  • Coordinate meetings for new and existing clients for MVP & FBO action items with Sales and Product SME
  • Work to remove FBO product impediments as they arise

  • Organize FBO Monthly stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate Customer co-creation with Sales and other teams

  • Support the Innovation team in centralizing end-to-end coordination and tracking across all workstream leads to meet commercialization (FBO 2.0 & 3.0) and planning for FBO 4.0 efforts in Q4 and 2024 planning.
