ABOUT BONSIDE AND THE ROLE
At Bonside, we are defining the future of brick-and-mortar.
Service-powered storefronts anchor our cities and towns, bringing life, vibrancy and sustenance to our communities. In 2021, Bonside launched the Repeatable Revenue Agreement (RRA), a transparent asset class that provides growth capital to these businesses, without dilution and without guarantees. Our financing leverages the unique strengths of physical businesses, helping operators to lay the bricks of growth hyper-strategically.
Today, we seek an experienced, highly-motivated leader to spearhead our investment strategy and capital partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Fund and Investment Strategy
- Oversee financial and commercial due diligence on multi-unit brick and mortars
- Vet critical investment decisions and oversee execution of deals
- Iterate on investment thesis, capital strategy and instrument pricing
- Identify areas of risk & opportunity with Bonside financial products
- Build relationships with business owners, proprietors, and operators
Investor Relations
- Lead investor communications and represent portfolio performance
- Develop and maintain strategic capital partnerships for continued deployment

Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in finance-focused role (i.e. Private Equity, Private Credit, Public Equities, Investment Banking, Underwriting, Capital Markets, etc.)
- Deep understanding of private market or alternative investments, preferably in real estate or brick-and-mortar businesses
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate at executive and board levels
