OTJ is looking for a Senior Technical Designer with 8-10 years of experience


  • Technical Designer with 8-10 years of commercial interiors experience
  • Strong Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite skills
  • Excels at creating, coordinating, modeling, documenting, and detailing complex interior designs
  • Multiple years’ experience managing projects of varying sizes from start to finish (up to 5 at one time)
  • Experience managing client and consultant coordination
  • Experience managing and mentoring a small team of designers and support staff on all phases of design including finish, furniture, signage and accessory selection
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited Senior Principal/Director supervision
  • Exhibits strong problem solving skills and agility (solutions oriented)
  • Excited to work alongside a talented, creative team
