Title: Digital Marketing Associate


Overview

We are in search of a talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team and work directly under the guidance of the Director of Marketing. As a crucial team member, you will be responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts, ensuring our online presence aligns with the overall brand perception and marketing strategy.


The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in digital marketing, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment. This role offers the opportunity to work independently and contribute to the growth of our digital presence.


Responsibilities

Website Management

- Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing to maintain and optimize our company websites.

- Execute visual asset and product updates and accurately represent products on the website.

- Create promotional content on the website in alignment with marketing goals.


Content Creation

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging and cohesive content for digital & social platforms.

- Create visually appealing graphics, images, and multimedia elements that align with the brand.

- Ensure content reflects the goals of the company’s multiple sales channels.


Social Media Engagement

- Manage and enhance our social media presence across various platforms.

- Plan and implement social media campaigns in line with marketing objectives.

- Monitor industry trends and contribute insights to the overall strategy.


Email Marketing

- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to our customer lists, aligning with overall strategies.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling email content, promotions, and product updates.

- Monitor email campaign performance and contribute to continuous improvement.


Audience Interaction

-Engage with our audience on social media, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

-Build and maintain relationships with our online community to foster brand loyalty.


Analytics and Reporting

-Assist in utilizing analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing efforts.

-Present feedback on website traffic, social media engagement, email campaign performance, and performance.



Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, social media, and email marketing.

Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms.

Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with the wholesale apparel industry is a plus.
