CreativeLaunch makes custom video ads that sell. We repurpose brands' existing content into story ads that are authentic, persuasive, and fun to watch. We keep our editing in-house, quality high, turnaround time fast, and prices affordable. There are currently 5 of us. We care deeply about delivering a great customer experience at the highest standards, while keeping things fun, and playful.


Job Description

You’ll be in charge of editing short-form ads (approx. ~35 seconds long) for some of the internet’s biggest e-commerce brands. We give you the pieces to put the ads together, and you're responsible for finding the best ones, and putting them in the best order, to tell the best story. It's like getting paid to play games all day.


We hire talented, driven people, and provide them with the mentorship and coaching they need to grow. Most importantly, we like to have fun, laugh, and create experiences people love.

Must haves:

- You enjoy marketing and video editing. (if you don’t have the skills, we’ll train you on the specifics).

- Self-motivated and a team player.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.


The Best Candidates Will Have:

- Experience with Premiere or other equivalent tools.

- Openness and ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly

- Proficient at managing multiple projects and able to organize, prioritize, and structure workload.

- Understanding of how to tell a story.

- Hustle and hunger.

- An attitude that good isn't good enough.


Compensation:

- $20/hr-$25/hr
