OVERVIEW


  1. Title-Accounting Clerk
  2. Reports to Director/VP Finance
  3. Any direct reports? No
  4. Base salary target/range? $45-65K depending on experience
  5. Regular hours? 9-6pm, increased hours during busier times
  6. Consideration to support a foreign work visa? No
  7. NO Relo support -local candidates (Company is near Hershey, Lebanon, Ephrata area)
  8. Required education? Bachelors
  9. Required years of experience? 1-2yrs
  10. Special certifications and/or accounting systems used? No. General Accounting or Finance degree.
  11. Primary finance focus area- none; All Accounting, monthly close, GL
  12. Anything else that you feel is pertinent to our initial search? High demand work environment. Manufacturing experience a plus. Ability to accommodate fast-paced and excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities

  • Research, track, and resolve accounting problems
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable duties
  • Assist accounting personnel


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and bookkeeping principles
