Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Creative Assistant to join our team at PL8M8. This part-time contract role, based in Atlanta, GA, encompasses both creative direction and administrative support. The Creative Assistant will oversee creative projects, provide direction, and ensure brand consistency while also managing day-to-day operations and handling essential tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Direction: Oversee creative projects, provide direction, and ensure brand consistency. Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute creative strategies, including branding and art direction.
  • Administrative Support: Monitor and manage emails and responses from our site, ensuring timely and appropriate replies. Identify and escalate high-priority items that need immediate attention. Oversee bill payments, manage receipts, and ensure proper documentation. Perform general administrative tasks and handle miscellaneous duties as needed.
  • Product Management Support: Assist with minor product management tasks, including coordinating with team members and tracking progress. Participate in daily catch-up meetings and attend in-person meetings twice a week.


Qualifications:

  • Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, and Branding skills.
  • Art Direction and Graphic Design skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in the advertising or marketing industry.
  • Located in Atlanta, GA.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with administrative and basic product management tasks.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
