What You’ll Do:


As Practice Manager, you’ll partner with our Clinical-Team Lead to oversee all aspects of the practice and report directly to the CEO.


Your work will directly contribute to the success of our clients and our growing business.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing the clinic schedule to keep the team productive and clients happy.
  • Handling client and staff communications (text, phone, email, chat, Instagram—you name it) efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinating treatment plans and scheduling clients with precision.
  • Following processes and procedures to deliver consistent, reliable results.
  • Communicating with energy and enthusiasm to clients and staff.
  • Anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
  • Keeping the studio “photo-shoot ready” at all times.
  • Assisting the CEO and Clinical-Team Lead with projects and tasks—no job is too small.


What We’re Looking For:


You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • A deep connection to our mission and enthusiasm for what we do.
  • 4+ years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or guest services role—preferably in a medical, wellness, or hospitality setting.
  • 2+ years of management experience, where you’ve been responsible for leading and overseeing a team’s results.
  • A high school diploma or GED (some college preferred).
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail. You know how to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
  • Experience planning and hosting events. (Hint: managing the clinic is a lot like hosting an amazing party)
  • Outstanding communication skills. You’re a great listener, make people feel comfortable, and can confidently talk to anyone.
  • A friendly, energetic personality that lights up the room.
  • Humility and adaptability. You can admit mistakes, take feedback, and grow from it.
  • The ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and move gym equipment as needed.
  • Strong computer skills (Mac preferred, but PC is cool too).


The Details:


  • Full-time, salaried (exempt) management position.
  • In-person hours: Monday–Friday, 6:45am–4:00pm.
  • Additional hours: Expect 2–5 extra hours per week outside of normal hours.
  • Flexibility: Occasionally, you may need to extend in-office hours if someone on the team calls in sick. You’ll be compensated for this time.

  • $89-100k/year based on experience
