1. Leadership and Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and develop team members.
  • Coach and inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

2. Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and target potential clients or markets.
  • Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing deals adhering to industry regulations.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Address customer issues and concerns to ensure satisfaction.

5. Networking and Personal Development and Training:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings.
  • Forge strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities.
  • Continuously seek personal and professional development.
  • You will utilize a dynamic blend of tools including a cutting-edge AI training platform and specialized assessments to elevate your team’s performance and pinpoint development opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • We offer a base salary (range $50k - $200k depending on experience) plus Commission, Overrides and Residual Income
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred) or relevant work experience.
  • Must have an active Life, Accident & Health License, Series 6 or Series 7, Series 63 or Series 66. Opportunity for Career Advancement.
