Real Estate Analyst

A real estate firm located in Chester County, PA is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to join a very entrepreneurial team of real estate brokers. This person will help evaluate deals including underwriting the investment and creating offer memoranda to potential buyers.

Responsibilities:

  • Support brokerage and development operations.
  • Complete offering memorandums and listing proposals for brokerage.
  • Manage underwriting workflow and underwrite investments through building underwriting models and market assumptions.
  • Perform financial modeling and other analysis for potential projects and acquisitions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of student housing and/or multi-family experience
  • Real estate underwriting experience
  • Strong Excel skills required
