Brooksource is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer Our client is looking for someone who can lead a development team for high-priority health insurance application while driving the enhancement of their digital presence. Your efforts will be focused around directly enhancing the customer experience for Medicare and Medicaid members as they search for new providers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing development best practices, ensuring the highest quality of digital products. This role will require heavy front end development utilizing Vue.js and will also include some backend work with Node.js or .NET. You will also be expected to have an understanding of digital assets management, automation, AI/ML best practices, and CI/CD deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Act as an advocate for developers, ensuring best practices and high standards are maintained.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Oversee and contribute to the development of high-quality, scalable front-end applications using Vue.js.
  • Design and implement robust backend solutions using Node.js or .NET.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in Generative AI, with the ability to integrate them into projects when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on front-end development in Vue.js.
  • Expertise either Node.js or .NET for backend development.
  • Experience leading development teams and managing projects.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and their applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
