Treasury Manager

Responsibilities:
- Involved in all aspects of cash management including collateral calls, repo management, account funding, counterparty management, cash/position transfers, cash transfer files
- Interacting with Portfolio Managers, Investing Team and Operations Team to aggregate data and track projections for all fund liquidity reporting
- Coordinate FX booking and roll trades for the FX hedging process
- Assist in preparing revolver draws and repayments, booking and month-end payments
- Ensuring interest and fees are accurately reflected at banks/custodians and communicate to the fund administrator as needed.
- Coordinate and support new accounts openings with banks, custodians, prime brokers, ISDA and repo counterparties
- Prepare internal and external reporting obligations including debt covenant reporting obligations to our lenders
- Acting as liaison between operations/treasury and broader business function groups, including accounting, legal, tax, technology and compliance
- Working with administrator, banks, custodian and other service providers to resolve breaks
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of best practice operational processes and controls, bringing scalable, efficient and creative solutions to the teams.
- Supporting in the preparation of treasury related reports presented to senior management.
- Overseeing data integrity and maintenance of treasury management system.
Qualifications:
- 4-10 yrs in treasury operations, cash management for a fund or other financial services firm
- Strong Excel and Power Queries is a plus
- Experience with treasury management systems - Hazeltree, Kyriba, etc.
