Role Overview

  • The Billing Analyst's impact will span various financial activities, including accounting, revenue reporting, process improvement, and driving scalability across the Corporate Finance department.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Driving innovation and efficiency in billing and revenue calculation processes
    • Developing insightful reporting and analyses to support Finance and Data Solutions teams
    • Implementing robust internal controls and improving documentation
    • Handling billing, month-end close duties, cash receipts, and financial reporting
    • Collaborating cross-functionally with client delivery, sales operations, and finance leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of corporate accounting or public accounting experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of accounting principles, especially ASC606 revenue recognition
  • Experience with revenue, treasury management, accounts receivable/payable, and cash reconciliations
  • Ability to manage large data sets and drive efficient analyses
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
  • Preferred but not required: CPA license, accounting degree, experience with ERP systems
