Position Overview: We’re seeking a motivated Commercial Insurance Sales Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building strong client relationships. In this role, you won’t just sell policies—you’ll help shape the future of risk management. You’ll focus on inside commercial sales, leveraging our robust referral network, so no outside marketing is required.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the initial sales process and when re-marketing is needed.
- Evaluate the market to provide the best insurance solutions and explain the value and coverages of different policies.
- Manage the quoting process for both admitted and non-admitted policies, ensuring clients receive competitive and tailored insurance options.
- Deliver customized proposals, clearly outlining how the insurance options meet the client’s specific needs.
- Finalize and issue coverage directly with admitted carriers and collaborate with account managers to bind policies through wholesalers for non-admitted coverage.

You’re Probably a Match If You Have:
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in commercial lines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.
- Initiative and the ability to work independently while making sound decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and industry professionals.
