Job Description:

Performs the day to day clerical, recordkeeping or processing duties of a particular area or function using common office technology and Harvard administrative systems. Will train on latter. Gathers data and assists in preparing reports. Provides information to faculty, staff members, students and the public. Keyboards and processes text and information, and may answer general correspondence. Makes appointments and maintains calendars based on specific instructions. Arranges meetings, schedules rooms and equipment. May maintain inventory and or order office supplies. Contributes to unit goals by accomplishing clerical or administrative duties as required. Some business training beyond high school desired..


Primary responsibilities include:

• Marketing and Communications:

• Assist with the development of a set of assets capturing the GP visiting student campus experience, including creation of videos, new photos (with student sign-off), attaining testimonials etc. for future use in promotional materials (digital & print)

• Identify and work with student ambassadors for program assessment and promotional purposes

• Create and implement student survey for 2024 students

• Build out social media platforms as appropriate for DCE International as needed

• Student Services

• Communicate with student cohort as needed

• Assist with the organization of student networking events (i.e.: student reception, "coffee w/ Deans") as needed

• Create and manage inventory of Harvard swag for visiting international partnership students

• Operations

• Spotlight for the DCE Newsletter

• Develop database for partner management and prospective outreach

• Support Assistant Director as needed.
