What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a part-time Data Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in data analysis and a strong background in Python, SQL. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing marketing data, generating insights, and helping shape marketing strategies.

Hours: 20 hours per week, on a set schedule

  • Analysis of marketing engagement behavior
  • Create RFM clustering and segments
  • Use statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets.
  • Responsible for reporting on campaign performance
  • Data cleansing, organization and cataloging for building data science and AI models
  • Database maintenance
  • Other data responsibilities, as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or software company.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling.
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with marketing metrics and KPIs is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in data science
  • Experience with SQL and database management.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and experimental design.
  • Previous experience in a software company.
