Job Description:
As a Healthcare Recruiter with our company, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top healthcare professionals in roles where they can thrive. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a robust talent pipeline for our traveling, local contract, and direct hire positions. This role requires a blend of skills in recruitment, sales, and customer service, along with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including RNs, PTs, CNAs, LPNs, and others.
- Understand the specific needs and requirements of each role to effectively match candidates with the right opportunities.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract and recruit top talent, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
- Negotiate contract terms and compensation packages on behalf of candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-up with placed candidates to ensure job satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay informed on trends, changes, and advancements in the healthcare industry to offer valuable insights to both candidates and clients.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and recruitment teams to achieve collective and individual goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field. Experience in healthcare staffing or in-house healthcare recruitment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the various roles within it.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
