We are seeking an individual to work with a Fortune 50 Broadcast Media & Entertainment leader located in New York, New York. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for owning of the end-to-end delivery of product and technology features related to Streaming Media and Video Advertising. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage features from ideation through launch across global propositions, engage with multiple engineering teams, partnering with product and program managers, and working across multiple stakeholder groups.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years' experience leading technology delivery projects from inception to launch, building effective plans, and executing them to successful completion.
- Experience handling 5-7 projects/features at once working cross functionally
- Experience working with video engineering, Media, or Streaming technology.
- Experience with Video or Media Advertising is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of project & program management concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences
- Proven experience managing technical dependencies, risk mitigation, and escalations,
- Basic understanding of technology principles and work methods (Agile, Scrum etc)
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet and others.
- Confidence in navigating through ambiguity: partnering with product owners, technical project managers, and architects to define requirements and solutions)
- Ability to take complex technology discussions and break them down for non-technical groups.
- Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to coordinate and influence team members from multiple internal departments and external vendors.
- Ability to effectively present ideas and communicate with leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery across workstreams.
- Support stakeholder communications & project status updates.
- Partner with business, product & technical resources to create and deploy technology deliverables.
- Partner with other PMO and Delivery teams to ensure successful delivery to meet business expectations and align with business requirements.
- Engage and support stakeholders through plan preparation, status updates, risk planning and objective-based meetings.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies and develop plans to escalate and mitigate them.
- Utilize enterprise project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SmartSheet and other applications to provide project status and reporting, while adhering to PMO processes, documentation standards, and best practices
- Delivery may include but may not be limited to projects involving video player/encoding technologies, advertising, workflow optimizations, new streaming media features.
