We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Lake Forest. This fully onsite, temp-to-hire position offers a competitive pay rate of $30 - $40 per hour. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, specifically with a minimum of 3 years of experience, and be proficient in Quickbooks Cloud and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
  • Match, code, and batch invoices accurately
  • Conduct weekly check runs
  • Make follow-up calls regarding outstanding invoices
  • Handle outbound collections via email and phone

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks Cloud and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
