Responsibilities

Job Description and Duties:

1. Categorized and code entries into QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online

2. Book journal entries

3. Bank, Credit Card and Loan Payable Reconciliation

4. Payroll Journal Entries to recognize employees share and employers share on payroll liability accounts, compute monthly payroll deposits for federal and state, prepare payroll tax returns.

5. Analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.

6. Payroll processing

7. Accounts receivable and payables

8. Detail oriented.

9. Organizational skills

Desired Skills & Experience:

Associates of Science in Accountancy, Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, and Excel. Have an understanding of accounting and financial reporting, and problem solving. Must show up to work on time. Must be fluent in English, and have English Comprehension.

Will be tested on accounting skills and QuickBooks. Account Reconciliation
