POSITION OVERVIEW:

We take providing an experience to our members and team to a whole different level We're just not giving them a membership, we're creating lasting impactful relationships.


Duties (not limited too):

  • Greet and Engage: Be the first person our members see when they walk in the door. Your warm smile and positive attitude will set the tone for their entire fitness experience
  • Manage the Front Desk: Handle check-ins, answer questions, and provide top-notch customer service with a can-do attitude.
  • Create Energy: Infuse every interaction with enthusiasm and energy, ensuring our members leave feeling motivated and excited about their fitness journey.
  • Support and Assist: Coordinate with our team to keep everything running smoothly, from scheduling tours to handling membership inquiries.
  • Drink/ apparel inventory and management

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage and connect with members, making them feel valued and supported.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Efficiently manage front desk operations while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
