SHR Talent is partnering with a growing, mission-driven mental health organization near Columbia, TN in their search for a passionate and dedicated Director of Marketing to lead their marketing initiatives at the company. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact as well as developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's mission and objectives and providing visionary leadership to the marketing team, fostering innovation and creativity to drive the brand forward.


An ideal candidate for the Director of Marketing role will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead the marketing team and will be a strategic thinker with a track record of driving results and achieving business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s mission and objectives while providing visionary leadership to the marketing team, fostering innovation and creativity
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels, ensuring the company’s messaging resonates with the target audience
  • Drive a comprehensive content strategy, optimizing it for search engines, ensuing the content aligns with the company’s mission and engages the target audience effectively
  • Spearhead the development and promotion of podcasts to amplify the brand’s voice and provide valuable insights to the community
  • Strategically plan and execute speaking engagements and events to amplify the company’s presence, creating meaningful connections with the target audience
  • Manage Facebook and Google PPC campaigns and discover creative ways to acquire paid leads
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and potential challenges, utilizing data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer experience, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts that support overall business objectives
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance online presence while driving digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Develop Lead Public Relation campaigns to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation, developing and maintaining positive relationships with media outlets and influencers
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members while building and nurturing a high-performing marketing team


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience with growth funnels, social media, podcast management, YouTube management, content marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Public Relations, and branding
  • Proven success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Experience with Business to Customer (B2C) marketing
