Role Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team at DreamCatchers Hair International, based in Allen, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring that customers receive accurate product information. As the voice of DreamCatchers, your role will be pivotal in resolving issues and building lasting relationships with our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their questions about products, services, and orders.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Expertise: Provide accurate and detailed information on DreamCatchers’ range of hair products, helping customers choose the right products for their needs.
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges when necessary.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved inquiries and ensuring customers leave each interaction with a positive experience.
- Data Entry: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues within the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is highly preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using Shopify, computers, and familiarity with CRM software.
- Mindset: A positive, customer-first attitude with a passion for helping others and improving customer satisfaction.

- Location: This is an on-site role at our Allen, TX location.
- Work Schedule: Full-time position with flexible hours, including possible weekend shifts depending on business needs.
