THE ROLE:
- Enter and maintain employee data in HRIS system (ADP)
- Manage the I-9 process to ensure organization compliance
- Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation, launch/monitor background and drug screening, and monitor onboarding document completion.
- Order swag and other collateral for recruiting/onboarding events for new hire’s 1st day.
- Assist with employee communications- new hires, birth announcements, funeral notices, etc.
- Assist in the recruiting process, including sourcing and screening applicants.
- Manage employment and other verification requests via mail.
- Assist other HR team members with day-to-day administration and projects as needed.
- Create and run reports as requested (weekly, monthly)
- Administrative Committee and Recognition Program Support
- Company Events
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or other human resources-related field preferred and/or a combination of education and relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of (2) years of relevant experience, preferably in support of HR teams
- Experience in Manufacturing or Automotive preferred
- Prior experience with HRIS data entry/record management is preferred.
- Ability to effectively manage daily office needs and tasks simultaneously.
- Requires strong organizational and time management skills; the ability to work independently.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
