Responsibilities:

As an Estimator Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing architectural, civil, and life safety plans.
• Conducting takeoffs for both interior and exterior signage.
• Preparing initial cost estimates for required supplies and services.
• Creating pricing schedules.
• Develop bid proposals.
• Completing bid documents to submit bids to General Contractors.
• Following up on bids previously submitted.

Required Skills:

To excel in this role, you'll need the following skills:

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and word processing programs.
• Excellent analytical abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Capacity to coordinate and work independently.
