The R&D Director will help drive and lead skincare product development initiatives within the Brand. They will work closely with R&D, Marketing, Packaging, Legal and Global Brand Supply Chain teams to ensure all developmental milestones are achieved based on launch timelines. Qualifications

  • B.S./B.A. in scientific discipline (Master's degree a plus)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in leading R&D initiatives
  • Experience in cosmetics product development
  • High-level knowledge of compounding techniques and reagents
  • Experience with raw materials testing methods
  • Ability to lead and develop internal teams
  • Software experience: Database, manufacturing, project management, spreadsheets
