The Opportunity:
As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you are able to drive operational excellence by leading lean and process improvement initiatives within the manufacturing/supply chain operations. This involves creating a continuous improvement map, as well as leading, influencing and implementing strategies to optimize processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Provide guidance and training to team members
- Establish KPIs and implement operating cadences to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to enhance supply chain efficiency
What we are seeking:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field,
4+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
Practical experience in a continuous improvement role using lean tools
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and principles; Experience driving a CI culture
Proficient in data analysis and metric-driven decision making
Strategic thinker
Experience leading in a matrixed organization
