The Designer will be responsible for structural fixes, repurposing existing lattice tower designs, new lattice tower designs, and any required replacements due to damage or deterioration. Additionally, this opportunity has fully remote capabilities.


Must Haves:

  • 7-10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on steel lattice tower design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Tekla, or BoCAD
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and codes.
  • Ability to mentor and communicate effectively.

Plusses:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
