Senior Corporate Paralegal – Join a Growing Space Pioneer in Miami

What You’ll Do:


  • Be the go-to expert for preparing and assisting with public company SEC filings, including annual proxy statements, Form 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and Section 16 reports.
  • Play a crucial role in organizing materials, logistics, and record-keeping for Board of Directors and Committee meetings, as well as annual stockholder meetings.
  • Support lawyers in drafting, negotiating, and closing a variety of commercial contracts and strategic transactions.
  • Handle entity formation, corporate organizational documents, and manage the governance of our subsidiaries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Business Operations, HR, Finance, and Accounting to ensure seamless communication and data processing.
  • Dive into special projects such as data privacy, compliance, employment, and litigation matters, contributing to the company’s legal success across multiple fronts.
