Electric Orange Creative is a growing boutique digital agency located in Brooklyn, NY, and currently working hybrid out of our Greenpoint loft office. We are one of a dozen Shopify + official marketing partners worldwide.


We are seeking a sharp, digitally savvy project manager to help manage daily client communications and SEO responsibilities. Basic experience with SEO and digital marketing using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Shopify, Moz, SEMrush, etc. required. Previous client management experience is also required, and candidates should have exceptional interpersonal skills and exceed at multitasking and organizing work around deadlines.


Responsibilities To Include:

  • Assist with creating and implementing SEO strategies - optimizations, content creation, data pulling, and trend research
  • Manage and be a point of contact for your assigned roster of clients
  • Coordination of project tasks with SEO and Paid internal teams for timely completion of projects
  • Daily interfacing with clients on upcoming and completed projects, insight summaries, and strategy planning
  • Measure success using a variety of SEO resources including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMrush
  • Compile project reporting for internal and client facing purposes
  • Delegate tasks to Associates when appropriate
  • Must demonstrate a proven track record of the ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a flexible and fast-paced environment to effectively meet deadlines
  • Keep up to date with trends and SEO best practices


Position Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in project management or relevant role
  • Intermediate knowledge of SEO and at least a familiarity with omnichannel factors like Paid, Email and Social.
  • Ability to handle overlapping responsibilities and manage time effectively
  • Experience working in Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO tools like SEMrush.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of User Experience and technical SEO Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a deep understanding of the English language (spelling, grammar, and vocabulary)
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google Suite
  • Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify 
  • Comfortable working with basic HTML
