Role Description:


This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at 4042 MOTORS, LLC in Garner, NC. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales, finances, business planning, form completion and analytical tasks on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications:

• Proficient analytical skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication, both verbal and written

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Self-starter and self-motivated

• Great attitude with high-energy personality

• Professional appearance and solid work ethic

• A desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment

• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred


Responsibilities:


• Demonstrates automobiles by explaining features and capabilities.

• Conducts test drives while simultaneously comparing and contrasting competitive models.

• Explains all warranties and services available at dealership in an effort to provide customer with the best buying experience.

• Prospects daily for potential customers.

• Maintains consistent rapport with previously sold customers by utilizing a follow up system which encourages repeat and referral business.

• Continually researches trends in automotive industry and learns about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.

• Realizes that business is built on customer satisfaction so subsequently be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers at all times.

• Establishes personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals.

• Learns to overcome objections and not to be afraid to ask for the sale.

• Negotiates price and sells the vehicle.

• Completes and explains details of sales or purchase agreement.

• Assists customer in completion of financial application.

• Processes financial documents and assesses credit reports.

• Ability to work well with others.

• Showcases behaviors consistent with the dealership in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors to include honesty, integrity, fairness, and a pursuit of customer excellence.
