Addison Group is hiring a Compensation Analyst to drive market research, analyze job classifications, and manage compensation reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis to evaluate compensation structures
  • Ensure HRIS data accuracy and generate insightful reports
  • Collaborate with HR to classify job descriptions properly
  • Support total rewards strategies through data management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of compensation analysis experience
  • Proficiency in HRIS and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities
