A Senior Project Manager is needed in Chicago to deliver complex Global Procure-to-Pay / Order-to-Cash SaaS into Fortune500s for a Hyper-Growth, IPO'ed P2P / O2C SaaS Provider. You'll handle Finance Director and CFO level stakeholders, globally dispersed implementation teams and client locations. You'll consultatively steer projects through bottlenecks as you navigate Procure-to-Pay / Order-to-Cash SaaS deliveries into these global clients.
Salary: $110k - $150k + platinum healthcare (dental, vision, life insurance) and 401k (5% match)
Location: Chicago or Minneapolis - hybrid 1-2 days in the office with flexibility. If you're close to the criteria we will consider states in the EST or CST timezones with a remote contract.
We’ll be looking for evidence you have previously:
- Delivered Global projects into Fortune500 Clients, internationally, for a SaaS Provider.
- Consulted with clients on any one of the following SaaS products when delivering projects previously:
- Procure-to-Pay / Purchase-to-Pay
- Order-to-Cash
- E-Invoicing
- Accounts Payable Automation / Accounts Receivable Automation SaaS experience
- Supply Chain Management
- Supplier Management
- E-Procurement
- Are start-up environment affable – You will have all the infrastructure and support you need, but in a smaller team of 11 across the US (5 PMs + Implementation Consultants, Integration Consultants, Pre Sales / Solutions Consultants) means you'll need to adapt on the ground. They have a global implementation teams of 100, but require you to be able to bring structure where needed in the US.
As Senior Project Manager, you’d be joining at a pivotal moment as clients ramp up their compliance to new Global e-invoicing regulations for cross-border payments. These will affect any company, especially Fortune500s, from transacting in countries as of this year, due to those regulations.
